Polaris Recalls 133,000 RZR Off-Highway Vehicles

The Polaris RZR May Cause Burn Injuries and Wrongful Death
Thus far, incidents in which the recalled RZR vehicles have caught fire have resulted in first, second, and third degree burn injuries. In one incident, the RZR fire resulted in the death of a 15-year-old passenger.
Whether in a car or an ROV, on the highway or off-road, drivers and passengers have a right to expect our vehicles to operate free of dangerous defects.
